On our VPS hosting<\/a>, port 25 is open by default for most of our VPS locations<\/a> ONLY<\/strong> for Premium VPS and Ultimate VPS plans. For Basic VPS and Plus VPS plans, STMP ports are closed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMTP ports are not available in the following locations for all<\/strong> vps plans: Finland and Germany<\/strong>.<\/code><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re using your VPS for email services, it\u2019s important to follow our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP<\/a>). We may block or limit port 25 if there\u2019s a violation of the terms. We don\u2019t set strict limits on the number of emails you can send per hour<\/a> or day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sending bulk emails, spam, or email marketing through our network is not allowed.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Troubleshooting SMTP Port 25<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re having trouble with port 25 and think it\u2019s blocked, submit a ticket<\/a> to our Support Team. Make sure to include the output from at least two of the following commands in your request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
