You can choose between <strong>immediate cancellation<\/strong> or <strong>cancellation at the end of the billing period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Processing Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Services marked for immediate cancellation will be terminated within 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services set for cancellation at the end of the billing period will remain active until the due date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No Cancellation Fees<\/strong><br>We do <a href=\"\/help\/are-there-any-setup-or-cancellation-fees\/\">not charge any fees for cancelling<\/a> a service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Handling Invoices and Subscriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any open <a href=\"\/help\/what-is-a-proforma-invoice\/\">proforma invoice<\/a> for the cancelled service will be automatically cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have a PayPal subscription for the service, it will also be cancelled automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To cancel a service, go to the &#8220;Services&#8221; section in the client area, select the service you want to cancel, and click &#8220;Request Cancellation&#8221; from the left sidebar.
