After your confirmation, we will transfer the active services to this new account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To transfer services to another account, you need to meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There must be <strong>no outstanding invoices<\/strong> in the account from which you are transferring services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have two accounts with us, each using a <strong>different email<\/strong> address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Transfer Services to a New Account?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As we do not have an available <a href=\"https:\/\/vertichost.com\/help\/how-do-i-sign-up-register-for-an-account\/\">registration<\/a> process without <a href=\"https:\/\/vertichost.com\/how-to\/order-vps\/\">placing an order<\/a>, you need to <a href=\"https:\/\/my.vertichost.com\/submitticket.php?step=2&amp;deptid=4\">provide us<\/a> with the details for registering the second account:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Email address:<br>Your name:<br>Billing address:<br>Phone number:<br>And, if applicable, company details (company name, VAT ID, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>To simplify and make the process more accurate, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/vertichost.com\/help\/how-to-add-additional-contact\/\">add an additional contact <\/a>to your current account and <a href=\"https:\/\/my.vertichost.com\/submitticket.php?step=2&amp;deptid=4\">write to us<\/a>, so we can convert this contact to a new account.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you want to use your current email for a new account, please provide a new email for your existing account in your request. <\/strong>We will update your current account with the new email, allowing you to use your email for the newly created account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transferring Services to an Existing Account<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to transfer services to an account already registered in our system, please <a href=\"https:\/\/my.vertichost.com\/submitticket.php?step=2&amp;deptid=4\">open tickets<\/a> from both accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the account initiating the transfer, indicate the service name and the IP address of the services.
