Any hosting product you order from us comes with a flexible choice of billing cycles<\/a>. Once the billing cycle ends, your service is automatically renewed until you decide to cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renewal <\/strong>Invoice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Proforma invoices<\/a> to renew your services for the next billing period are generated in our billing portal as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Eleven (11) days before the due date for Monthly and Quarterly billing terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Fourteen (14) days before the due date for Semi-Annually and Annually billing terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Twenty-one (21) days before the due date for Biennially or Triennially billing terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renewal notices are emailed on the day of generation and three (3) days before the due date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renewal overdue notices are emailed on 1, 3, and 5 days after the due date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019d like to renew your service early, please submit a ticket to our Billing Team, and we\u2019ll generate an invoice for the early renewal.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Renewal Payment <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have a credit card or PayPal account on file, the automatic payment will be charged one day before the due date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For PayPal Payment Subscriptions your account will be charged on the renewal date for your subscriptions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service Suspension Due to Non-Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Starting from the due date, VerticHost reserves the right to suspend access to services until payment is received. Access to the hosting account will not be restored until payment is received in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
