If the services are not extended within the following days, they will be <a href=\"\/help\/what-is-your-service-termination-policy\/\">terminated<\/a> without the possibility of restoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please <a href=\"https:\/\/my.vertichost.com\/submitticket.php?step=2&amp;deptid=4\">contact our Billing Team<\/a> if your account is eligible for an extended grace period, based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Business accounts or payments made via <a href=\"https:\/\/vertichost.com\/help\/can-i-pay-my-invoice-via-bank-transfer\/\">bank transfer<\/a><br>2) Reselling our services and needing extended time to extend or cancel your services<br>3) Your hosting account has been active for more than 1 year with us<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can exclude the suspension of your services within 7 or 14 days, depending on your account status and the reason for your request.
