A <a href=\"\/help\/how-do-i-request-a-service-cancellation\/\">cancellation request<\/a> is submitted from the customer\u2019s account.<br>2. The customer has not paid for the <a href=\"\/help\/what-is-your-service-renewal-policy\/\">service renewal<\/a>.<br>3. Violations of the <a href=\"https:\/\/vertichost.com\/terms-of-service\/\">Terms of Service<\/a>.<br>4. Termination of the contract according to the Terms of Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note, once the service is terminated, we won\u2019t be able to restore your data.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For services that are not renewed, we follow this schedule for service termination:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) For <a href=\"\/dedicated\/\">Dedicated Servers<\/a>: 3 days (72 hours) since the due date.<br>b) For <a href=\"\/vps-hosting\/\">VPS Hosting<\/a>: 4 days (96 hours) since the due date.<br>c) For <a href=\"\/web-hosting\/\">Web Hosting<\/a>: 14 days (336 hours) since the due date<br><br>The due date takes effect at midnight &#8211; Bucharest, Romania time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Disclaimer: <em>Since the due date means the following: if the due date for your server is 1st date, and the termination time is 3 days (72 hours) the server will be deleted on 4th at 00:01 A.M.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Services can be terminated or canceled in the following cases: 1.
