Keep in mind that dedicated servers, extra features like third-party products or licenses, and upgrades to hosting services aren\u2019t refundable.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, if you violate the Terms of Service, such as receiving <a href=\"\/help\/abuse-complaints-policy\/\">abuse complaints<\/a> or committing any other violations, your account may not be eligible for the refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">How Long Does It Take for a Refund?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After confirmation from our billing department that we have received your request for a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 days, although it typically takes less time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that according to our Terms of Service, the <strong>maximum period for a refund is 14 days<\/strong>.
