For such updates, you may need to create a new account with us, and we will transfer services to this new account. Please follow our detailed <a href=\"\/help\/how-to-change-account-owner\/\">guide for changing the account owner<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may review your account details inside the client area on the Account Details page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, all fields are locked except for email address. Please note that you may <a href=\"https:\/\/vertichost.com\/help\/how-to-update-email\/\">change this email<\/a>, which will apply <strong>only to the communication<\/strong>. To change your <strong>username<\/strong>\/<strong>login<\/strong>, please contact <a href=\"https:\/\/my.vertichost.com\/submitticket.php?step=2&amp;deptid=4\">our Billing Team<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Update Details<\/strong> <strong>For Business Accounts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may change upon your request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing Address: Address, City, State\/Region (country remains unchanged)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First Name\/Last Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add VAT ID to your account (if your company has obtained a VAT ID number).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to change the country, company name, or convert your account to an individual account, we will create a new account.
