Can the Service be Downgraded?

The Web Hosting packages can be downgraded upon your request.

Before submitting the downgrade request, please ensure that you are prepared for the new package and that your server has less disk space occupied than the new package allows.

For VPS Hosting packages, we do not provide downgrade options. Meanwhile, we can downgrade your service from Managed VPS or Windows VPS to standard VPS hosting.

For Dedicated Hosting, there are no available downgrade options.

For VPS Hosting and Dedicated Hosting, if you require fewer resources, you will need to order a new server with lower resources and perform a manual data migration.
