Port 25 Is Closed or Timing Out on My VPS Server

We do not block port 25 on our VPS Hosting by default.

If you are experiencing issues with SMTP port 25 and suspect it might be blocked, please submit a ticket to our Support Team.

In your ticket, provide the output from at least two of the following commands:

telnet smtp.mail.yahoo.com 25
telnet smtp.gmail.com 25
telnet smtp.outlook.com 25
telnet mail.smtp2go.com 25
telnet smtp.gmx.net 25

Make sure your usage complies with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Sending bulk emails, spam, or engaging in email marketing from our network is prohibited.
