Is Port 25 (SMTP) Opened on Your Servers?

On our VPS hosting, port 25 is open by default for most of our VPS locations ONLY for Premium VPS and Ultimate VPS plans. For Basic VPS and Plus VPS plans, STMP ports are closed.

SMTP ports are not available in the following locations for all vps plans: Finland and Germany.

If you’re using your VPS for email services, it’s important to follow our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). We may block or limit port 25 if there’s a violation of the terms. We don’t set strict limits on the number of emails you can send per hour or day.

Sending bulk emails, spam, or email marketing through our network is not allowed.

Troubleshooting SMTP Port 25

If you’re having trouble with port 25 and think it’s blocked, submit a ticket to our Support Team. Make sure to include the output from at least two of the following commands in your request:
