What is a Proforma Invoice?

Proforma Invoice is a quote in an invoice format for request payment for services.

All invoices with this label can’t be used for tax purposes in accounting. Please only register the official invoice (starting with V1HOST) in your accounting records.

After payment is received, we issue the tax invoice, which contains the same details as the Proforma Invoice but without the “Proforma” label and with additional transaction details.
