How to Update Email?
You can update your account email within your client area:
From the client area, navigate to the top menu and click on “Hello, Name!” => “Account Details”.
There you will find the email field. Enter your new email address and save the changes.
Important Note:
Changing your email address here updates it for communications such as invoices, tickets, and account-related notifications.
To update the email address you use to log in to our system, go to “Hello, Name!” => “Your Profile”. This field is initially locked for security reasons. contact our Support Team to temporarily unlock this field.
