Grace Period Policy

1 minute

We do not offer a Grace Period Policy by default.

Unpaid services may be suspended after the due date, starting from 00:01 based on Bucharest, Romania time. If the services are not extended within the following days, they will be terminated without the possibility of restoration.

Please contact our Billing Team if your account is eligible for an extended grace period, based on the following criteria:

1) Business accounts or payments made via bank transfer
2) Reselling our services and needing extended time to extend or cancel your services
3) Your hosting account has been active for more than 1 year with us

We can exclude the suspension of your services within 7 or 14 days, depending on your account status and the reason for your request. Your services may have delayed termination but no more than 28 days after the due date.
