How Do I Request a Service Cancellation?

To cancel a service, go to the “Services” section in the client area, select the service you want to cancel, and click “Request Cancellation” from the left sidebar. You can choose between immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the billing period.

Processing Cancellations

Services marked for immediate cancellation will be terminated within 24 hours.
Services set for cancellation at the end of the billing period will remain active until the due date.

No Cancellation Fees
We do not charge any fees for cancelling a service.

Handling Invoices and Subscriptions

Any open proforma invoice for the cancelled service will be automatically cancelled.
If you have a PayPal subscription for the service, it will also be cancelled automatically.
