How Do I Request a Service Cancellation?

All cancellation requests need to be made through your account in the client area.

Go to the “Services” section in the client area, choose your service, and on the left sidebar, click Request Cancellation. You may choose between immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the billing period.

If there is an open invoice for service extension, it will be cancelled automatically.

Additionally, If there is a PayPal subscription for your service, it will also be cancelled automatically.
