How to Change the Due Date?

The due date can be changed in 2 cases:

  1. If you placed an order on January 1st, 2020, but the server was activated on January 3rd, 2020. In this case, we can adjust the due date to the 3rd upon your request within 14 days after the activation date.
  2. If you would like to change the due date for your service or multiple services to another date that is more convenient for you to pay, please submit a ticket to our Billing Team.

Please note that if you have active PayPal subscriptions, we cannot change the payment date, and your payments will remain charged on the day of the first payment of each month.
