How to Update/Change My Account Details?
As your data is used for billing purposes, we cannot simply change the account information, especially when it involves a change of country of residence, company name, or any details that would be recognized as a change in account ownership. For such updates, you may need to create a new account with us, and we will transfer services to this new account. Please follow our detailed guide for changing the account owner.
You may review your account details inside the client area on the Account Details page.
By default, all fields are locked except for email address. Please note that you may change this email, which will apply only to the communication. To change your username/login, please contact our Billing Team.
Update Details For Business Accounts:
We may change upon your request:
- Email Address
- Phone
- Billing Address: Address, City, State/Region (country remains unchanged)
- First Name/Last Name
- Add VAT ID to your account (if your company has obtained a VAT ID number).
If you need to change the country, company name, or convert your account to an individual account, we will create a new account. You may choose whether you need access to both accounts or prefer to close the first account and proceed only with the new account.
Update Details Individual Accounts:

- Email Address
- Phone
- Billing Address: Address, City, State/Region (country remains unchanged).
If you need to change your country of residence or convert your account to a business account, we will create a new account. You may choose whether you need access to both accounts or prefer to close the first account and proceed only with the new account.
