How to Update Email?
You can update your account email within your client area:
From the client area, navigate to the top menu and click on “Hello, Name!” => “Account Details”.
There you will find the email field. Enter your new email address and save the changes.
Changing your email address here updates it for communications such as invoices, tickets, and account-related notifications.
How to Change Your Username Email Address
To update the email address you use to log in to our system, go to “Hello, Name!” => “Your Profile”. This field is initially locked for security reasons. Contact our Support Team to temporarily unlock this field.
