Why Was My Order Flagged as Fraud?
In most cases, orders can be flagged as high risk and canceled by our fraud detection system if you are using a VPN, anonymous proxy, or have high-risk billing details. We cannot disclose the reason for our system’s decline of the order and reserve the right to reject your order.
We review all orders within 12 hours of when they are placed. If your account is approved for the purchase, you’ll get an email letting you know the order is ready for payment. If you want to speed up the process, contact our Sales Team for order verification.

If you have paid for your order via Credit Card:
As the order was marked as Fraud, the payment was automatically canceled.
Generally, within 24 hours, your bank will cancel the transaction, the pending status will disappear, and the paid amount will return to your balance.
If you have not received a refund within 10 days, you can contact us and we will provide you with payment details and a transaction number. With these details, you may contact your credit card issuer bank for further information.
