Service Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests should be made from the customer accounts.

Please navigate to the “Services” section in the client area and select your service.
Then, on the left sidebar, please select “Request Cancellation“. You may choose between immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the billing period.

If there is an open invoice for service extension, it will be cancelled automatically.

Additionally, If there is a PayPal subscription for your service, it will also be cancelled automatically.
