Service Delivery Policy

We aim to activate our hosting services as quickly as possible. Usually within a few hours during our daytime hours (07:00 to 22:00 London time).

How We Handle Service Delivery

We process order deliveries in a semi-automated mode. This means we have preconfigured resources for your ordered services and manually approve the orders.

If, during the order approval process, we determine that we need to place your account on a new node for better performance or balance different plans across our servers, or if additional resources are required, your order may take up to 24 hours to activate.

First-time orders require manual approval by our billing team before activation. This is usually a fast process, but it is only handled during daytime hours.

Delivery Timeframes by Product

• VPS hosting based on Linux or Windows: up to 2 hours / maximum 24 hours.
• Managed VPS Hosting: from 2 hours up to 24 hours
• Dedicated servers: from 2 hours up to 48 hours

Additionally, custom orders, including those with additional IPs, may take up to 48 hours to process.
