What Is Your Money-Back (Refund) Policy?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services within the initial 7-day period*, we are pleased to offer you a full refund for Web Hosting or VPS Hosting.
Refunds apply only to first-time accounts. Keep in mind that dedicated servers, extra features like third-party products or licenses, and upgrades to hosting services aren’t refundable.
Additionally, if you violate the Terms of Service, such as receiving abuse complaints or committing any other violations, your account may not be eligible for the refund policy.
How Long Does It Take for a Refund?
After confirmation from our billing department that we have received your request for a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 days, although it typically takes less time.
Please note that according to our Terms of Service, the maximum period for a refund is 14 days. However, we strive to process refunds quickly, but in some cases, we may use our right to refund up to 14 days.
