Why Is My VPS Server Running at Low Speed?

We offer unmetered VPS in all our hosting locations, so you won’t be charged for bandwidth usage.

However, if your bandwidth usage gets too high, we may apply speed limits to your server according to our Resource Usage Policy. You can contact our Support Team to remove these limits, but if the high usage continues, the limits might be applied again.

If you think there are issues with network speed, we’ll need results from iperf3 tests to look into it.

Keep in mind that speed tests or downloads from remote hosts might not reflect the actual network speed, as things like the remote host’s performance can affect the results. For accurate measurements, iperf3 tests are the way to go.
