How to Change Account Owner?
To update your country of residence, company name, or change the account owner for your hosting services, we require you to create a new account on our platform.
To change the account owner, we can transfer your active services to a new account. After your confirmation, we will transfer the active services to this new account.
To transfer services to another account, you need to meet the following criteria:
- There must be no outstanding invoices in the account from which you are transferring services.
- You must have two accounts with us, each using a different email address.
How to Transfer Services to a New Account?
As we do not have an available registration process without placing an order, you need to provide us with the details for registering the second account:

Your name:
Billing address:
Phone number:
And, if applicable, company details (company name, VAT ID, etc.)
To simplify and make the process more accurate, you can add an additional contact to your current account and write to us, so we can convert this contact to a new account.
If you want to use your current email for a new account, please provide a new email for your existing account in your request. We will update your current account with the new email, allowing you to use your email for the newly created account.
Transferring Services to an Existing Account
If you would like to transfer services to an account already registered in our system, please open tickets from both accounts.
From the account initiating the transfer, indicate the service name and the IP address of the services. From the receiving account, provide confirmation that you are ready to accept these services.
