Transfer Services to a New Account
For transferring services to your another account, you need to meet the following criteria:
- You must not have any outstanding invoices in the account from which you want to transfer your services.
- You should have two accounts created with us using different email addresses.
As we do not have an available registration process without placing an order, you need to provide us with the details for registering the second account:
Email address:
Your name:
Billing address:
Phone number:
And, if applicable, company details (company name, VAT ID, etc.)
To simplify and make the process more accurate, you can add an additional contact to your current account and write to us, so we can convert this contact to a new account.
If you would like to use your email from your current account for new created account, please ensure that you have changed the email to a new one for your current account.
Since we have separated account email and username email, changing the email in your account does not change the username. For changing the username, please contact us. Otherwise, you will have one username and will need to choose which account you want to manage.
Transfer Services to an Existing Account
Please ensure that before initiating the transfer of services, there are no outstanding invoices in the account from which you want to transfer your services.
If you would like to transfer services to an account already registered in our system, please open tickets from both accounts. From the account initiating the transfer, indicate the service name and the IP address of the services. From the receiving account, provide confirmation that you are ready to accept these services.
Please note that initiating the transfer of services may trigger an account verification process.
