Do you offer custom VPS and custom dedicated servers?

Yes, of course. You can write us about your preferred configurations and location and we will generate an invoice for you. After payment, we will start preparing server for you.

What payment options are available?

VerticHost accepts PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and SEPA as a form of payment. For more information on billing, please visit payment methods.

How to order custom VPS and dedicated servers?

You just need to write to us via the contact form and send us details about your preferred configurations and location. Additionally, you may configure a custom VPS on this page.

Do you accept bank transfer?

Yes, we accept bank transfers. You can pay as a company or as an individual via bank transfer and fast SEPA transfer. Please find the instructions here.

How long does it take to activate my VPS?

In general, we activate VPS servers within several hours after processing your payment. Usually, it takes less. We try to activate your VPS hosting as soon as possible. However, sometimes, it may take some time to verify your payment details.

Can I pay as a company?

Yes, of course. We work with many local and international companies around the world. Register on our platform as an EU company, UK company, RO company, or as a company anywhere in the world.Tax invoices are available immediately after payment.

How long does it take to activate my dedicated server?

In general, we activate dedicated servers within several hours after processing your payment. However, sometimes it can take more. The server activation will depend on available technical configurations and server location.

Do I need to pay VAT?

All our prices are VAT exclusive. VAT (Value Added Tax) will be charged separately, depending on your country of residence. Standard VAT rates based on the EU Member State or UK may apply. For enterprises, you need to provide your VAT number to receive reverse charge invoices.

What Are the IPv4 Address Limits for Your Hosting?

For VPS Hosting, up to 4 IPv4 addresses are available. For Dedicated Servers, you may order up to 14 IPv4 addresses. Under certain conditions, this limit can be increased.

Can I change my payment method?

Sure. You can easily change your payment method anytime from your open invoice to any other available payment method of your choice with just a few clicks.

Which operating systems are compatible with your VPS?

We support both Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, and CentOS) and Windows operating systems. Please see the full list of available operating systems on our hosting platform.

Do you accept monthly payments?

Yes, we accept monthly payments. All hosting plans on our website display monthly prices by default. You may change your billing cycle upon request to our billing team.

How can I change or re-install my operating system?

We can do it for you free of charge. You can contact us, and we will reinstall your servers with the required operating system. Alternatively, you can do it yourself within your control panel.

What billing cycles do you offer?

You can pay for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. If you would like to pay for 2, 3, 4, or 5 years, you can contact us, and we will create a custom invoice for you.

Do you offer managed VPS and dedicated servers?

Yes, cPanel is available on all VPS and dedicated servers. You can easily add cPanel during checkout process. Alternatively, you can add cPanel to your server later by writing us.

How to change my billing cycle?

If you need to change your billing cycle, please don't hesitate to contact us, and our dedicated Billing Team will be happy to assist you and process your request as quickly as possible.

Do I really have unlimited bandwidth/transfer?

Yes, unlimited bandwidth is included for free with all VPS and dedicated servers. Please note that some restrictions may apply for excessive usage and network overloads.

Can I upgrade my hosting plan later?

Absolutely, you can upgrade your hosting plan at any time through the client area or by opening a support ticket, and we will handle the upgrade for you. Only server reboot is required for the upgrade

Our worldwide locations include Europe: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, UK. Are there any hidden charges? Setup or cancellation fees?

No, there are no hidden charges of any kind. We are transparent with our customers. Additionally, we do not charge any setup or cancellation fees for any of our services. You can cancel your VPS hosting or dedicated server anytime. We strive to maintain your prices to achieve the same renewal price and very rarely raise our prices.
