Do you offer custom VPS and dedicated servers?
Yes, of course. You can write us about your preferred configurations and location and we will generate an invoice for you. After payment, we will start preparing server for you.
What payment options are available?
VerticHost accepts PayPal, credit card, bank transfer and SEPA as a form of payment. For more information on billing, please visit payment methods.
How to order custom VPS and dedicated servers?
You just need to write us via contact form, client area or on our email. You need to send us details about your preferred configurations and location. We will generate an invoice for you.
Do you accept bank transfer?
Yes, we accept Bank Transfers. Please, note that you should pay all transaction fees. We need to get full amount of money generated on invoice.
How long does it take to activate my VPS?
In general, we activate VPS servers within several hours after processing your payment. Usually, it takes less. We try to activate your VPS hosting as soon as possible. However, sometimes, it may take some time to verify your payment details.
Can I pay as a company?
YYes, of course. We accept corporate purchase orders and Bank Transfers or SEPA. We’re working with lots of local and international companies around the world. The invoice with your company details will be sent upon your request.
How long does it take to activate my dedicated server?
In general, we activate dedicated servers within several hours after processing your payment. However, sometimes it can take more. The server activation will depend on available technical configurations and location.
Do I need to pay VAT?
All our prices are VAT exclusive. VAT (Value Added Tax) will be charged separately, depending on your country of residence. Standard VAT rates based on EU Member State regulations may apply. For enterprises, you need to provide your VAT number. In this case, no VAT will added.
How long does it take to setup my custom server?
After receiving your payment, we will start building a server for you. In general, we strive to activate dedicated server as fast as possible.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. You can easily change your payment method anytime with your next invoice.
Which operating systems are compatible with your VPS?
We support both Linux (Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS) and Windows operating systems. Also, we can install custom OS upon your request.
Do you accept monthly payments?
Yes. We accept monthly payments. All hosting plans on our website display monthly prices.
How can I change or re-install my operating system?
We can do it for you. Free of charge. You can contact us via client area or open a ticket and we will re-install your servers with the required operating system.
What billing cycles do you offer?
You can pay for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months. If you want to pay for 3, 4 or 5 years, you can write us and we will create a custom invoice for you.
Do you offer managed VPS and dedicated servers?
Yes, cPanel is available on all VPS and dedicated servers. You can easily add cPanel during checkout process. Alternatively, you can add cPanel to your server later by writing us.
How to change my billing cycle?
To change your billing cycle, you can write us on billing@vertichost.com or create a ticket and we will do it for you. Or, you can choose billing cycle in your client area.
Do I really have unlimited bandwidth/transfer?
Yes, unlimited bandwidth is included for free with all VPS and dedicated servers. Take into account: some restrictons may apply on Asian VPS servers, such as Singapore.
Can I upgrade my hosting plan later?
Absolutely, you can upgrade at any time via client area or open a support ticket and we will upgrade your plan.

No. There are no hidden charges of any kind. We’re honest with our customers. Moreover, we do not charge any setup fees and cancellation fees for any of our services. You can cancel your VPS hosting services and dedicated servers anytime.
