How Do I Reset the Password for My VPS?

Please navigate to the “Services” section in the client area and select your service. Then, please select “Open Control Panel”. You will be redirected to your control panel https://cp.vertichost.com.

In the tab menu, select “Options” and scroll to the bottom. Click on the button “Reset Password”.

You will get an email “Your New Server Password” with your new login details and VPS server name for your reference.

If you have multiple services, you can manage them by selecting “servers” from the top menu.

If your servers do not have a control panel, you can either migrate to one that does or contact us for a server password reset.
