How to Reset the Password for My VPS Server?

You can reset passwords via the control panel.

Please navigate to the “Services” section in the client area and select your service. Then, please select “Open Control Panel”. You will be redirected to your control panel https://cp.vertichost.com.

In the tab menu, select “Options” and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on “Reset Password”.

You will receive an email “Your New Server Password” with your new credentials and server name/hostname.

If you have multiple services, you can manage them all by selecting “Servers” from the top menu.

If you do not have a control panel for your service, you can migrate your account to a service with a control panel or contact us for a server password reset.
